Gather from 6.00 with your own dinner and social chat and 7.00 for the meeting.\nVenue: Traralgon Neighbourhood Learning House – Breed St.\nWe have a guest speaker Heather Urie talking about her swim across the English Channel and overcoming challenges.\nIn August 2019 Heather Urie was part of a team of 5 (4 female and 1 male) who successfully completed the challenge of swimming the English Channel. Heather will talk about the swim and the mental challenge of setting a goal and following through.\nPeople can join the meeting via zoom if you are not available to attend in person. \nLimited number of people due to Covid 19 so please RSVP to sigippsland@siswp.org or Samantha Brick 0427 824 722. \n
